Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LetsShorts (the "Service"). Installing or using the Service means you agree to these Terms in full.
1. License
A purchased license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. One license key may be used on up to 2 devices (e.g. Mac + Windows).
2. Updates
- All updates within the current major version (v1.x) are provided free of charge.
- The next major version (v2.0) may require a paid upgrade. Existing users may be offered a discounted upgrade price.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following are prohibited:
- Sharing or reselling your license key to third parties
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the Service
- Copying or redistributing all or part of the Service
- Using the Service to generate spam, copyright-infringing, or other illegal content
- Generating NSFW, obscene, or sexually explicit or suggestive content is expressly prohibited. Sexual content featuring minors, or content that could reasonably be interpreted as depicting minors, is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate license termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Deepfakes, face-swapping, and identity impersonation are prohibited — creating content that synthesizes or impersonates the face, voice, or identity of a real person (including public figures) without their consent.
- Using the Service in a way that violates the terms of service of the automated third-party services (OpenAI, Google, xAI)
- Abuse at scale, resale, or automated load that affects other users
Detailed permitted/prohibited content standards for this Service are defined in a separate Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which carries the same effect as these Terms.
4. Refund Policy — Unconditional 3-Day Refund
We will provide a full refund, regardless of reason, if requested within 3 days of purchase. This applies whether or not the license has been activated or used — a simple change of mind is enough.
However, the following clear abuse patterns may be excluded from refund eligibility:
- Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns across multiple licenses
- Refund requests after heavy usage clearly beyond normal evaluation
- Evidence that the license was transferred or resold to a third party
To request a refund: email support@letsshorts.app with your order number — one line is enough. Processed within 24 business hours.
5. Service Limitations and Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS." LetsShorts is a tool that automates your own ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok web accounts, and may temporarily or permanently stop working due to UI changes, automation blocks, API policy changes, or account suspensions by those external services (OpenAI, Google, xAI).
For service interruptions caused by such external factors, the seller commits to:
- Deploying a hotfix build within a reasonable period (typically 1–7 days) after detecting a UI change
- Minimizing the impact of any single service being blocked by supporting 3 services (ChatGPT/Gemini/Grok) simultaneously
- Considering a partial refund for the remaining license period if permanent restoration is not possible
However, violations of your own account's ToS, usage limits, or account suspensions are outside LetsShorts' responsibility, and compliance with external service ToS and the associated risk are entirely your own responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
LetsShorts' liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service (data loss, lost revenue, or other losses) shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license. Full responsibility for the copyright and commercial use of generated content (scripts, images) rests with the user.
Additionally, the user is responsible for all outcomes (account suspension, exceeding limits, charges incurred, content policy violations, etc.) that occur on their own accounts with external services (ChatGPT/Gemini/Grok), and LetsShorts' role is limited to that of an automation tool.
7. Notice of Independence
LetsShorts is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, xAI, or any other AI model provider. The Service is solely a tool that automates ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok accounts that the user personally owns, and the trademarks, logos, and names of each model provider are used solely for identification purposes. All rights belong to their respective owners.
What LetsShorts sells is a license to automation software. It does not resell, broker, or mark up access to third-party AI APIs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok (Bring Your Own Key). All AI model usage fees are billed directly to the respective provider through your own account, not through LetsShorts. The price you pay is solely for the software license, not for model usage.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may change as the Service is updated. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the seller's location as the court of first instance.
