Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines content and conduct that are not permitted when using LetsShorts (the "Service"). Users must comply with this policy, and violations may result in the license being restricted or terminated under the Terms of Service.
1. Explicitly Prohibited Content
Using this Service to generate, distribute, or store the following content is explicitly prohibited:
- NSFW, obscene, or sexual content — explicit or suggestive sexual depictions, nudity, or pornography of any kind. Sexual content featuring minors, or content that could reasonably be interpreted as depicting minors, is absolutely prohibited.
- Deepfakes and identity impersonation — synthesizing, face-swapping, or impersonating the face, voice, or identity of a real person (including public figures) without their consent. This applies equally to politicians, celebrities, and private individuals.
- Violent or graphic content — depictions of real or simulated violence, self-harm, suicide promotion, torture, abuse, or animal cruelty.
- Illegal activity — content that promotes or provides instructions for drug manufacturing, weapons, hacking, fraud, human trafficking, or other violations of current law.
- Hate and discrimination — hate speech, discrimination, or incitement based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
- Misinformation and fraud — deliberate misinformation, conspiracy theories, financial fraud, phishing, or spam content.
- Copyright and trademark infringement — unauthorized reproduction or modification of protected works, characters, or logos without the rights holder's permission.
2. Compliance with Automated Services' Policies
This Service automates your own ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok accounts. You may not use it in a way that violates the terms of service or content policies of those external services (OpenAI, Google, xAI). Account suspension or damages resulting from a violation of an external service's policy is your own responsibility.
3. Moderation
This Service pre-screens image/video generation requests through the moderation API of our payment partner (Creem). Requests judged to violate policy are automatically blocked. However, automated screening is not exhaustive and does not relieve users of their primary responsibility to comply with this AUP.
4. Enforcement
- Blocking of the request (HTTP 422) and logging
- Repeated violations may result in license suspension or permanent termination (no refund)
- Serious violations (involving minors, illegal content, etc.) will result in immediate license termination and reporting to the relevant authorities
5. Reporting
If you discover a violation of this policy, please report it to support@letsshorts.app. We review and act within 24 business hours.
6. Policy Changes
This policy may change as the Service is updated and as the external regulatory environment evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice and reflected in the "last updated" date on this page.
7. Notice of Independence
LetsShorts is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, xAI, or any other AI model provider. This Service is solely a tool that automates external service accounts that the user personally owns, and use of each model provider's trademarks/logos is limited to identification purposes.
