End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of LetsShorts (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you are deemed to agree to this EULA and the separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. License Grant
A purchased license key grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, term-limited right to use the Software. Ownership is not transferred.
2. Permitted Use
- Personal or in-company use for producing YouTube Shorts/Reels content
- Installation on up to 2 devices per license
- Use of the resulting output (scripts, images) in commercial content production
3. Prohibited Use
- Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the Software itself (including SaaS hosting)
- Sharing or reselling the license key
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting code
- Use for generating illegal content (copyright infringement, defamation, hate speech, etc.)
- Violating the terms of service of the automated services (OpenAI, Google, xAI)
4. Third-Party Software
This Software includes the following open-source libraries. Each is distributed under its own license:
- Tauri (MIT / Apache 2.0)
- Next.js (MIT) · React (MIT)
- Playwright (Apache 2.0)
- Google Chrome — installed separately by the user (the browser being automated; not bundled with this Software)
- Other npm packages (each under its own license)
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
This Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Total liability for any damages arising from use of this Software, whether direct or indirect, shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchase. This excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Termination
Your license may be terminated without prior notice if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies.
8. Dependency on External Services
LetsShorts automates your own ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok web accounts. Temporary or permanent stoppages may occur due to UI changes, automation blocks, or account suspensions by these external services, and compliance with their terms of service and the associated risk are your own responsibility. LetsShorts commits to a reasonable hotfix response and will consider a partial refund if permanent restoration is not possible.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
